Submission Guidelines
We are currently accepting unsolicited submissions for the following:
- Ministry Resources: Books & resources for pastors, youth pastors, children's pastors, Sunday school workers, church leaders & missionaries.
Children & Youth (preschool-high school): We are seeking fresh innovative resources & curriculum that are designed specifically for the young people of today. We believe that our children are facing challenges and temptations like never before known to man, and that yesterday's resources are no longer meeting their needs. Resources & curriculum submitted should be intently focused on God's word and applying His truths to the issues that are so prevalent in these last days.
Resources or full curriculum could consist of the following:
sermon ideas Bible lessons & Bible activities crafts fundraising object lessons fresh & innovative Bible story presentations devotionals game idea books for use in church settings scripts & plays, including puppet skits (written & recorded), & holiday productions leadership helps, tips, ideas, & training resources discipleship programs for children & youth as well as leaders Bible study programs Bibles counseling praise & worship material: recorded music & songbooks icebreakers & discussion starters verbal illustrations & creative ways to get the point across puppetry & other creative art forms
CDs/DVDs/Electronic Media: We believe in utilizing all of today's technology to support us in our mission of winning souls, equipping saints, & strengthening faith. If you have an idea, resource, or even a game that you feel others could benefit by, we would love to know about it.
Adult Ministries: We are looking for resources that will help pastors & leaders in their daily ministries & responsibilities such as sermons, outreaches, church growth, promotional and advertising, small group ministries, biblical & practical budgeting, new & creative ways to drive home the message, staff relations, training, fundraising, etc.
Christian Fiction: All genres of Christian fiction are welcomed. However, fictional works that provoke meaningful thought, contain revelation, open the reader up to a better perception or understanding of God & important truths are most desired. We believe in reading for pure enjoyment, but our mission is to win souls, equip saints, & strengthen faith. We do NOT want preachy fiction. We DO want fiction that gives the reader something real to think about.
Artwork: We need talented artists who are able to integrate their artwork with the latest technology. Please submit a few samples of your best work along with a short personal biography. Educational & trade references are helpful, but we are very open to working with new artists. Let us know about your technical skills. If you have a website, please include the address. Quality work will speak for itself. However, we are only interested in working with Christian artists and likeminded believers. You should include a letter of recommendation from your pastor on church letterhead. Be sure to include a self-addressed envelope with postage for reply. If you need artwork returned, include an additional envelope with adequate postage. Work sent with insufficient postage will NOT be returned. It will be destroyed. You may also send high quality scanned/photocopies instead of original works.
Include the following in your Resource Book or Curriculum proposal:
A cover letter that sums up your book or idea. Let us know how many completed lessons will be in the finished book (if applicable), and how complete the work is.
How the resource will be organized.
Let us know of other works that are similar, why this one is better, and why people would want this one over the similar works already in the market today.
An overview explaining why it is useful and why it is needed (This should be written as if to the buyer)
A short biography (no more than one page) along with a letter of recommendation from your pastor
Tell us how you can personally influence sells and assist in marketing your work.
A sample of the resource or curriculum in one of the following manners:
1.three sample chapters, sessions, lessons, or studies (organized the same way that you envision the finished work)
2. At least 10 samples if the resource fits in with the following and is not part of a complete curriculum: game ideas, illustrations, devotions, skits, scripts, object lessons, and other stand alone resources and books.
3. For CD/DVD or other similar media: If it stands alone and will not be sold with any other written material, please be sure to include a written proposal as requested above. If you have a website or page that you feel we should view, please include that information.
Christian Fiction: Please send the first two chapters and final chapter (if work is complete) along with a cover letter and short biography (one page). Your cover letter should convey the book's intended audience, word count (if completed) or estimated completion date, and a brief synopsis of the book (what you would see on the back cover). You biography should include personal as well as professional information. A letter of recommendation from your pastor on church letterhead is always helpful.
